i love you

well today was my first prenatal appointment :) and everything went absolutely wonderful. :) i was able to see our little one on the abdominal ultrasound, bouncing all around, i was able to hear and see the heartbeat and my obgyn said everything was measuring and looking perfect. looks like im due around july 19th.my next appointment is going to be january 14th, one day before my birthday. if were still going to be here by then... maybe well be in florida finally.

time has sure gone by

Your little embryo has now officially graduated to fetus-hood. Adding to the excitement, a Doppler ultrasound device might be able to pick up the beating heart. With basic physical structures in place and increasingly distinct facial features, baby is kind of starting to look like... well... a baby!


i haven't posted in here for a long while :( but I've been doing OK, besides horrible morning sickness through weeks 6 7 and 8 i am now 9 weeks, and my morning sickness has been tapering off a little. I'm able to keep down most of the food i wasn't able to before, and keep some liquids down instead of feeling so dehydrated and so weak from not being able to keep anything down :( I'm so pleased though to be 9 weeks, tomorrow i have my first prenatal appointment and I'm praying everything is great, and especially to see my little one and it's little flickering heart. I'll be updating tomorrow about how the appointment goes. :)
