another day at the beach.
today nevin, ella, my mom, my brother and me all spent memorial day out at the beach and enjoyed every minute of it! the sun was out and hot the water was crystal clear...i don't think it could have been anymore of a perfect day!

a day at the park!
well today me and ella decided it would be nice to get out of the house and just get lost around town, we found an awesome little park right on the back bay.. there are two playgrounds and even a little beach to swim! i think me and ella will have to go get lost around this town a little more from now on. :)

it's been a while
well i know it's been almost 2 years since I'd last posted on here, but I've decided that i really want to start blogging again. i loved reading those few posts during the beginning of my pregnancy, remembering how I'd felt, and i wish i would have done it throughout my whole pregnancy and onto the first year of my daughters life, but i didn't so I'm hoping to start now.
I'll try and recap the major things that happened since finding out i was expecting. back in October 2008 i got my first BFP. we were super excited! i found out i was having a little girl in February 2009 and decided to name her Ella Rae Bayne. At the end of February we made the move from Tucson Arizona to Fort Walton Beach Florida, where my family decided to retire. It's a nice little beachy town located on the Florida panhandle. the beaches are beautiful, the sand is white and the water is emerald green. In April Nevin started working as a automotive tech at tires plus. My family closed on our house in June 2009, it's a beautiful 4 bedroom 3 bath brick house in the middle of town close to everything, and even has a pool! My due date was fast approaching and i very quickly had to get everything unpacked and set up. Ella's Due date was July 19th, but she was measuring a week ahead i was gaining weight very quickly towards the last month of my pregnancy so they decided that if she wouldn't come by her due date they would induce a day later. Well my due date came and went and so the next morning i was in the hospital by 6am to be induced. my labor was not at all smooth.. i ended up having to get two epidurals and Ella was just not moving down, i ended up getting a c-section, which then they found out that my daughter was sunny side up AND that she was quite a big girl. On July 20th 2009 at 8.37pm I gave birth to my beautiful daughter. she was 19.5 inches long and 9 pounds 9 ounces. I instantly fell in love with her.
Well now Ella is just a little over 10 months old and she's still the most amazing little girl that has ever stepped foot in my life. She has 6 teeth now, 4 on top 2 on bottom, she's starting to walk. she has gotten so big i still don't know where the time has gone.
but i think that's really all i have to say.. there is so much more but it would take me forever if i wanted to write about every single detail, but like i said, i'm really going to try and start blogging from now on, just for my own sake. i love looking back and reading about my past, especially such an exciting part of my life like this. :)<3
